Twitch × Discord

Your Twitch roles,
live in Discord.

MaxBot links the two properly. Subs, VIPs and moderators get the right Discord roles automatically — and lose them just as automatically. Then it gives your community an economy and games worth showing up for.

Free forever tier · No card required · About five minutes to set up

Everything in one bot

One setup, both platforms. No webhooks to wire up, no spreadsheets to maintain.

🔗 Verified account linking

Viewers type !verify in your chat and get a private code by whisper — never posted publicly where someone else could claim it. One command in Discord and they're linked.

🎭 Automatic role sync

Tier 1, 2 and 3 subs each get their own role. VIPs, moderators and followers too. Upgrades swap the old role for the new one instantly, and lapsed subs lose access on their own.

🔒 Verification gate

Lock your whole server behind linking. Unverified members see one channel telling them how to join. Sub-only and mod-only areas are handled for you.

Live, not on a timer

Twitch EventSub pushes changes the moment they happen, with a full reconcile every five minutes as a safety net. No waiting, no manual resyncs.

💬 Custom commands

Add commands from the panel with a live preview. Placeholders for usernames, random numbers and random picks. Set who can use each one and how often.

⏱️ Timed messages

Rotate promos, socials and reminders through chat. Each waits for real conversation before firing, so the bot never talks to an empty room.

Running in five minutes

Two logins and a single command. You never hand over a password.

Sign in with Twitch

Authorise through Twitch itself. Everything runs on official OAuth, revocable any time from your Twitch settings.

Run /setup

MaxBot builds the roles and channels, applies the right permissions and tells you plainly if anything needs fixing.

Point your chat at it

Viewers type !verify and they're in. Roles apply straight away and stay correct from then on.

An economy your chat will actually use

Viewers earn currency for watching and chatting, with bonuses for subs, VIPs and mods. Name it whatever you like. Then they spend it.

Every game works in Twitch chat and Discord. Odds are tuned and simulation-tested so the economy stays stable, with per-player cooldowns and one group game at a time to stop chat flooding.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up.

Do I need a password?

No — there are no MaxBot passwords at all. You sign up and log in with Twitch or Discord through their official OAuth. We never see your credentials, and you can revoke access any time from twitch.tv/settings/connections.

What if I'm not an affiliate yet?

Everything works except subscriber roles, because a non-affiliate channel has no subscribers to read. Follower, VIP and moderator sync all work, and sub roles switch on by themselves the moment you're affiliated.

Does it work if my Twitch and Discord names are different?

Yes. That's the point of verification — it proves the two accounts belong to the same person regardless of what they're called, so nobody can claim someone else's roles.

What happens when someone's sub runs out?

Their role is removed automatically. Twitch tells us the moment it lapses, and a full check runs every five minutes regardless, so nobody keeps access they no longer have.

Can my mods help manage it?

Yes. Your Twitch moderators can sign into the panel with Twitch or Discord and manage commands and timed messages, without needing Discord admin. Every staff action is logged to a channel you choose.

Is currency shared between streamers?

No. Every channel has a completely separate economy, its own balances and its own leaderboard. Points earned in one community mean nothing in another.
